Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final. Because our cards are made with care and packed securely, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at raghadandtheuniverse@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging

Once we review your claim, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item(s), whichever you prefer.

Non-returnable

• Items that arrive in good condition
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Items damaged after delivery or through misuse

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.
